Grassroots football clubs often face financial challenges that impede their ability to invest in player development, infrastructure, and community engagement initiatives. We recognise that with volunteers running the finances at so many clubs, challenges with finance management and accounting systems are common. Recognising the importance of addressing these challenges, Kent FA has joined forces with Shapes to offer professional accounting guidance and expertise to football clubs and leagues across the county. 

Through this partnership, Shapes will provide a tailored face-to-face workshop for clubs and leagues on financial planning and accounts management, three virtual events during the season, and bite-sized video guides that will feature on the Kent FA YouTube channel. By leveraging their industry expertise and resources, the accounting firm aims to empower clubs and leagues with the tools and knowledge needed to navigate financial complexities and achieve their goals.
