This Thursday, we have a huge County Cup final fixture in the DFDS Kent Women’s Cup at the Gallagher Stadium, as Aylesford FC and Gillingham FC clash to find out who will be crowned champions.

Aylesford Chairman James Fuller is is relishing the opportunity of the cup final: “Everyone associated with the team is thrilled to have reached our third Kent Women's Cup Final in six seasons,” he said.

“A County Cup final is always a highlight of the season, and I'm sure this will be no different for both sets of players, coaching staff, and particularly the return of supporters.”

Manager of defending champions Gillingham, Dan Logue, added: “It's an honour to reach the final for another year, but this is a game that we can't take for granted. We must give Aylesford the plaudits they deserve for also reaching the final.”
