Discover My Talent

Do you coach or know a talented player? Someone who loves the game and has great technical ability or potential.

England Football are looking for players to be referred into the England Women’s Talent Pathway from ANY playing environment, including Grassroots Football Clubs (Mixed and Girls Only), Schools and Community environments, Regional Talent Clubs and Emerging Talent Centres.

England Football are looking for any player, from anywhere, at any time and are asking people involved in all formats of the game to nominate girls who they believe have the potential to become a Future Lioness.

Who can refer?

Anyone can refer a player (except the parent of the player), so whether you are a coach, a volunteer, a match official or a teacher… whether you support football in grassroots, a community environment, within education or somewhere else, we need you to help us find future talent.

To be nominated, players must be eligible to represent England and must have been born in 2009, 2010, or 2011 during the 2024-2025 season (if you live overseas, this extends to players born in 2007 and 2008 also).

The aim is to ensure we supply England teams with the quality, diversity and depth of players to enable England to win another major tournament. In pursuit of this ambition, we’re leaving no stone unturned when it comes to finding future talent across England.

Referral Window Dates

The dates for the next referral window are 6th January - 6th February 2025, please click below to access the Player Referral Form during this period.
