DFDS Kent Sunday Junior Trophy Final: Brewmaster High Halden 1-0 Sutton Dynamo

Brewmaster High Halden have won the DFDS Kent Sunday Junior Trophy for the first time.

The Ashford-based side beat Dartford opponents Sutton Dynamo thanks to George Large’s first-half goal at the Gallagher Stadium on Sunday.

One goal proved enough with Brewmaster producing a defensive masterclass to keep Dynamo at bay.

Led by outstanding captain and man-of-the-match Morgan Todd, Brew kept Sutton exactly where they wanted them.

Sutton had plenty of possession in front of the backline but getting in behind them proved difficult.

As a result, they were reduced to shots from distance which were either off-target or comfortably saved.
