Kent FA Inclusive Coach Mentoring Programme

Kent FA is passionate about supporting and providing opportunities for new coaches across Kent with ongoing support, learning and development opportunities.

Our Inclusive Coach Mentoring Programme provides Kent an opportunity for individuals from historically underrepresented communities both male and female, aged 18yrs+ with guidance and support to get into the world of coaching.

The season long programme provides the selected 10 individuals, with bespoke insight and support from industry experts, specialists and mentors to enhance their learning and development. Below is a breakdown of what type of opportunities, exclusive access and support the enrolled coaches onto the season long programme will be exposed to:

  • Two bespoke face-to-face coach education day
  • Two bespoke online education day
  • Two face-to-face in-situ visits by Kent FA Club Coach Mentors
  • I2CF course completion
  • Ongoing access to Kent FA face-to-face and online CPD
  • FREE Kent FA Coaches Club membership
  • Accredited CPD hours

This programme aims to provide inspiration and understanding into the possibilities of a career in coaching football within the county and beyond, bringing new coaches from historically underrepresented communities together to form a network of aspiring individuals and connect them with experts and specialists from across the football coaching industry.
